Custom soap stamps help elevate your brand with a clean, professional impression on every bar. Here's what to know before you place your order:

✅ 1. Choose a Simple, Clear Logo

Use bold lines and minimal detail.
Avoid very thin text or complex patterns – these won’t stamp clearly in soft soap.
Black & white logo files (high-contrast) work best.

✅ 2. Select the Right Size

1 inch (round or square) – for small bars
1.5 to 2 inches – for larger bars or centered designs

Make sure your stamp fits within the flat top area of your soap.

✅ 3. Choose the Handle Type

Plain Brass Plate Only – best if you already have a press or holder
Wooden Handle Attached – ideal for hand-pressing into soft soap

✅ 4. No Heat Required!

Soap stamping is cold stamping – no heat or machine is needed.

Stamp your soap within 1–2 days of unmolding, while it's still soft.

This brass stamp is designed for use on soft surfaces only such as leather, wood, clay, soap, wax, coconut shell, food items, paper, etc.
Do NOT use this stamp on metals or very hard surfaces, as it may damage the engraving or affect the impression quality.
This stamp is not an ink stamp and does not work with ink pads. It is made for embossing, pressing, heat branding, or impression stamping applications only.
The background of the uploaded design/logo will automatically be removed, and only the main artwork will be used for engraving. If you specifically require the background to remain, please contact us before placing the order for confirmation.
We generally do not provide digital previews/proofs unless specially requested within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Extremely detailed artwork, very thin lines, tiny text, or complex fonts may not produce clean impressions and may require simplification.
Low-resolution, blurry, or unclear files may delay production and delivery. For best results, please upload high-quality vector or clear PNG/JPG files.
We strongly recommend practicing on sample/non-sale pieces before stamping final products to achieve the best impression results.
Final stamping results may vary depending on:
material type
pressure applied
heat level
stamping method
surface texture
Since all stamps are custom-made based on customer artwork, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
Slight machining marks or natural brass oxidation over time are normal and do not affect functionality.
