Do you need electricity access for on-site stamping?
No — our setup runs independently and we can also plug in directly if power is available on-site. No large open space or loud equipment required.
Do I need to provide a table for your setup?
Yes, a table and table covering are needed for our tools. A minimum 4' table works, though 6' is ideal for larger events.
What can be stamped or engraved on-site?
Keychains, wallets, bag tags, coasters and small leather goods are our most popular on-site items. Have something specific in mind? Mention it in your quote request and we'll let you know if it's possible.
Do you accept custom or bulk corporate orders?
Yes — we regularly work with corporate teams on bulk and custom orders. Submit a quote request with your quantity and timeline and we'll put together a plan.
What's the turnaround time?
Most standard items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom and bulk corporate orders vary — we'll confirm a timeline with you directly once we understand your event date.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available for select locations. We'll share options once your order is ready.
Will I get a tracking number for shipped orders?
Yes, tracking is emailed to you automatically once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized items?
