FAQ About Die Cut for Leathers

• It is measured by the longest dimension of width or height as its oriented in the picture.
• Die cutting height dimension The overall height of the die cut is 24mm, of which the blade protrusion height is 6mm.

You can do the followings with the Stamps:
- Leather pattern;

- Special shaped name card;
- DIY cards;
- Mass production with large amount of same pattern;
- and any where your imagination can reach!

+++How to Process the order
1-Choose size you need for design (size is for longest side of your design )
2-Choose Leather die cut with hammer punch or die cut machine
3-If you need special request like do custom design please message us.

+++Usage
A - Use the hammer to hit the cutting die
1.put your leather under the cutting die(the smooth side of the leather need to be upturned,usually)
2.use the hammer hit the back side of the cutting die

B - Use the die-cutting machine
1.Put your stuff on the cutting die,and put them on the nylon pad together
2.Use the wrench to adjust the screws,make the height suitable for the cutting die
3.Put the things under the pressing plate together
4.Press the handle of the machine
5.Adjust the angle of the cutting die,and press it again,make sure that you use your power equality.
