FAQ About Logo Brass Stamp

Wooden handle - this is useful for branding leather rather than embossing. If you wish to create brand (burn) your design into leather, this item will allow you to heat the stamp up with a blowtorch.

Hammering handle - this is useful for embossing leather, but is only suitable for stamps under 2CM x 2CM. A dead blow hammer is recommended.

If you wish to emboss/de boss the leather using a larger stamp, we advise using an heavy press in conjunction with a hot stamp (using a heat gun to heat the iron) or damp leather. Alternatively, our stamps can be used with hot stamping machines to emboss leather.
